Yes — a good share of our MetroWest bookings come through planners and design firms. We hand off design specs cleanly, coordinate setup timing with the planner's run-of-show, and integrate with other vendors on site. Tell us who your planner is when you book.
We do several private-estate events each season. These typically need extra planning around driveway access, placement on lawns (tents and dance floors can sink in soft ground without boards), and post-event breakdown that respects the property. We plan each estate event as a custom install.
We regularly build mitzvah kits: themed tables, gold charger place settings, custom color linens, kids-chair sets for younger guests, and backdrop installs for the photo moments. We can also coordinate with your lighting or DJ vendor on shared setup timing.
