How far in advance should I book wedding rentals?
For Saturday weddings between May and October, book 4–6 months ahead — peak Worcester and Boston wedding weekends fill up fastest. For weekday or off-season weddings, 8–12 weeks is usually enough. The earlier you reserve, the wider your color and chair-style options stay open.
Do you deliver to wedding venues across Massachusetts?
Yes. We service Worcester, MetroWest, Greater Boston, North Shore, Cape Cod, and Central MA, with flat per-zone delivery fees. We've delivered to most major Central Mass wedding venues — Mechanics Hall, Tower Hill Botanic Garden, the Beechwood Hotel, the Publick House — and we coordinate access timing directly with the venue's in-house team.
